Scope of Services
Active Dynamic provides professional residential, commercial, office, deep cleaning, sanitization, and related cleaning services in all over UAE. Service scope and frequency are defined in the agreed quotation or booking confirmation.
Booking and Quotations
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Quotes are valid for a limited period and may be updated based on service scope, location, or schedule changes. We reserve the right to revise pricing if the required service scope changes after confirmation.
Payments
Payment terms are agreed at the time of booking. We may require a deposit or full payment depending on the service. Accepted payment methods will be shared during the booking process.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments in accordance with the timing communicated in the booking confirmation. Late cancellations may incur a fee depending on the service and time required for rebooking.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide access to the premises, ensure the area is safe, and inform us of any special conditions that may affect service delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible areas or restricted access.
Liability and Warranty
We commit to delivering cleaning services with reasonable care and professionalism. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided unless otherwise required by law. We are not liable for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or issues unrelated to our service.
Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in that policy.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Dubai, United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be handled under the applicable Dubai, UAE legal framework.
